Rasta Pasta in Kensington Market, Toronto is an awesome spot for foodies. Jerk Chicken and Rum Punch (super strong) for lunch.

iPhone’s macro mode doesn’t work that well in low light in case you’re trying to take photos of your food in a dimly lit restaurant.

I can’t wait to watch Nosrat Samin’s ‘Salt Fat Acid Heat’ on Netflix later tonight. Food-related shows help maintain my sanity in these ‘interesting’ times.

Done with the ‘salt’ part and my food is already tasting better. Season the whole chicken at least a day before you roast it 📚
